Dear Festival of Trees Designers,

2025 was an exciting year for Festival of Trees, and we were thrilled that all of you were a part of this wonderful event. We would like to thank you for your past support and welcome our new designers as you become a part of our beautiful benefit for the Children’s Foundation.  Celebrating our 41st year of raising funds for pediatric research, we were honored to have you be a part of this milestone!

We are excited to announce that Mayor Hammoud has once more invited us to continue to hold our Event at the Ford Community & Performing Art Center, located at 15801 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. Your beautiful designs will be on display to the public from Sunday, November 22nd through Sunday, November 29th, as well as at our Preview Gala on Saturday, November 21st.

Our Designer Packet is being updated, so please be patient as we get things set up for 2026. The packet will have a fillable option if you wish to complete it online and return via the website www.fot.org or by email.  If you prefer to have the packet mailed to you, please contact Cheryl McNamara at cheryl.mcnamara@fot.org.

Please note that we have combined our floor trees, tabletop trees, wreaths and centerpieces into one contract, as well as the guidelines. These documents will be posted soon, but you can review the 2025 packet as a reference using the link below:

2025 FOT Designer Information Packet

English Gardens will once again provide 2ft and 3ft trees, and those will be available mid to late September. There are a limited number of 3ft trees, and those will be given on a first come, first serve basis. We are also in need of wreaths and centerpieces.

Once the 2026 guidelines are published, please review them carefully. Note that when you send in your contract this is our confirmation that you will be participating in this year’s event, so please do not “over-commit” to more than you can achieve, as we will be counting on you!  Please join us in celebrating the success of Festival of Trees and the many benefits this organization has provided to children around the world
